  Return Policy

   

   

  You may return any item within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the price of the item (shipping not refunded) if we receive the item back in salable as new condition.  That means the plastic wrap must still be on all decks of RightStart Math card games, CD's and computer software must still be shrink wrapped, not used, and everything should be in perfect new condition. There will be a 10 % restocking fee charged.

   

  After 14 days from date of shipping, we accept salable as new items for returns, but we charge a 20 % restocking fee.  No returns after 30 days.

   

  Please note:  Orders that qualified for free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge if item(s) returned from those orders cause the order total to drop below $95.  Also, we cannot give refunds on items that we receive back damaged, as they are not resalable.

   

   

  Mark RETURN on box and specify if you would like to be reimbursed through your credit card, PayPal (give PayPal address) or by a check.
